Writing about Maui Dolphins!

Hi, I’m Neave and this is a story about Maui Dolphins.

You may ask,  How are Maui Dolphins getting extinct? Here's why!

Maui Dolphins are getting extinct because of Fishing nets, Gill nets and trawl nets. Due to these nets and causes there are ONLY 63 Maui Dolphins left.

What is a Maui Dolphin?

A Maui Dolphin is a subspecies of the Hector's Dolphin -- New Zealand's only endemic cetacean species.

Where are Maui Dolphins found?

Maui Dolphins are found in the west coast of New Zealand's North Island.

How rare are Maui Dolphins?

Since the Maui Dolphins are getting endangered they are now one of the rarest and smallest dolphin subspecies globally.

So if you see this please help stop this cause.
